The allocation

The small-batch spirits go in a weekend. Members get first call.

Single orchard, small still — the good stuff is scarce and it moves fast. Every allocated release — the limited ciders, the Mata Hari apple brandy, the Night Shift, the one-offs — goes to members first, before a single bottle hits the public list.
